You have just recruited a new manager or you just promoted one of your employees
into a managerial position?
Each time a new manager assumes a new role, whether he or she was recruited
externally or internally, one should count on an average learning curve
of 6 months to 1 year, before he or she knows all the ins and outs of your
organization and its new team.
But, also the new team members will encounter a lot of change!
What does the new manager expect from them? How to communicate, report,
which leadership style vision, processes, etc.
To substantially reduce these learning curves, HCS organizes a workshop
where, through the introduction of a structured process everything that
lives within the group / team ( expectations, positive aspects of current
functioning, opportunities for improvement,…) is mapped out in max
1 day. (Duration of the workshop varies depending on the size of the
group from 2 / 3-1 full day)
