Human Capital Solutions was founded in July 2007 by Kim Elmiligy

Following her studies in the U.S. in Economics & Business Administration in 1992, Kim returned to Belgium, and ventured into sales as an account manager in the IT world.

After 5+ years she returned to her roots and assumed an important role in an American multinational. Kim was trusted the challenge of realizing and implementing a centralized European Human Resources organization for 11 countries, this from a situation where Human Resources was almost nonexistent.

Kim is a lecturer at the Academy for Integrative Psychology (AIP) under the leadership of Prof. K. Roose (www.psy.cc)

She is an officially certified and approved user of the Thomas International Assessment tools and is surrounded by a team of experienced HR professionals and facilitators.
